My Story...

Hello all! My name is Sarah Nichole.  I am a mother, wife, healer and homesteader in the great state of Idaho.  I knew since I was a little girl that my calling was to help others heal.  Many life experiences have brought me to this point.

The Whole Life Mind and Body journey has been intricately woven over many years through experience, study and training.  I first received a bachelor's degree in 2009 from Brigham Young University Idaho in Health Science.  This commenced my journey into the world of a more natural and whole experience to healing and life.  Years later after many moves and children my family ended up living a beautiful four years in Japan where I was blessed with an incredible experience of being trained as a Yoga instructor.  This changed my life and helped me truly understand the whole life aspect of living and connection.  Though there will continue to be much learning and growth, this training was the final piece needed for me to create the idea of whole life healing and joy.

Through years of research in many topics of health, nutrition and living a more sustainable and wholesome life the idea of Whole Life health really came into practice.  I realized so many individuals were trying to heal many conditions and plenty of others seemed to have the one answer for it.  Through observing and self-experience, I realized each person is so different and so is our environment and one person may not be seeing the same results as another because they may be at a different level in another aspect of life.  For example, that individual might not see improvement for a physical ailment with a certain supplement because they have not properly healed or opened access in a certain mental or emotional area.  Everything we experience is based on energy and complete healing only happens when our energy is in alignment with universal laws.

I have seen and experienced over and over again that homing in too tightly on a specific diet, physical ailment, supplement, etc.  can cause someone to miss seeing the big picture and then partaking of the other elements of healing and happiness.  Our connection to our creator and the universe is so simple but in this day in age we often make it so complicated.  Here at Whole Life Mind and Body I truly desire to help people come back to simplicity and look at all aspects and angles of life and move forward in wholeness with the exact personalized tools to pursue their sacred journey.
