How does the Whole Life Mind and Body subscription work?

To become a member of Whole Life Mind and body you can choose the $10 a month plan or the $110 a year plan (which includes one free month).  You now have unlimited access to all Whole Life sessions and immediate access to all new sessions that continue to be added monthly.  As long as you are current on your subscription, you have access to all sessions as often as you need. 

How will these sessions benefit me?

These sessions are designed to aid in the healing process of the body, mind and spirit.  Each session uses a unique sequence of poses and movements and guided meditation to help aid in the release of stored energy that may be hindering the healing process.

How much time will the sessions take?

Each session is designed to be on average about 15 minutes so that it can easily be worked into any lifestyle.

When should I practice each session?

You can practice these sessions any time that works for you.  You do not have to wait until you are in a perfect environment to turn them on.  You can do one on your lunch break, at the park, waiting for your dinner to come out of the oven or in a prepared and relaxed environment each day.  Healing should be incorporated into our daily lives and not put off until situations improve.  This will look different for each individual. 

How often should I do the sessions?

These sessions can be done daily or even more often.  For example: you may have had a huge loss in your life and need to be working almost daily on the grief session.  You can just focus on that session until you feel you have released the burden and then move on to something else or maybe you feel it is a benefit to be working on several sessions at a time.  Maybe “Letting Go” daily and grief 3x per week.  Maybe you feel compelled to a new session each day. This again, will look different for everyone.

How many times will I need to do a session to feel relief?

You will usually begin to feel relief after your first session but again, this will completely depend on your experiences.  If you have a certain area in your life like joint pain that needs a lot of work you may be applying this session almost daily for weeks or months and possibly even years if you want to maintain the strength you have built.  Other sessions you may feel relieved from after one course and you won’t need to revisit it for awhile until you have new experiences that needs assistance from the particular session.  You can work on one at a time or work on multiple sessions at a time. 

How can I continue to learn and receive more information?

I highly recommend following me on YouTube where I post regular videos that complement my sessions and where I introduce new sessions that are being released.  There will always be new sessions and classes being added to the member archive so you will never be lacking for healing work!
